If you're looking for something and you can't find it on our Products page, come in and ask. If Earl is in, he can usually help. If Earl isn't in, leave a note at the counter with your name, what you need, and roughly why. We will follow up.

Hillside Hardware offers a special order service for items not available on our standard shelves. Special orders are handled personally by Earl and may take 2–5 business days depending on sourcing requirements.
We ask that customers do not describe the end customer when placing a special order on behalf of another person. This is for administrative reasons. Simply describe the item required and we will handle the rest.
Payment for special orders is cash only upon collection. We do not offer delivery for special order items at this time.
Collection address: 14 Millbrook Road, Harlan's Creek. Around the back. Earl will be there. If Earl isn't there, wait. He'll be back.
